I saw a physio today to get to the bottom of my ankle / achilles pain. He wasn't exactly sure what could have caused the ankle pain as well as achilles pain but the plan is to rest it this week and hopefully get back to flat running next week. It was probably caused initially by steep stuff a few weeks ago. No pain when on the bike so able to x-train. At the moment we have two turbos but only one fan. It wasn't an issue before but now with two of us using them regularly, it means I need to schedule when i want to borrow it.
