Hypoglycaemia

I’d a big cycle with a pal today covering 48miles and a lot of hills. The weather was cold and windy but we’d a good blether and I feel the better for the fresh air. Our route took us nowhere near a coffee shop so just as a low blood sugar was setting in we came across this wee cafe near Westhill. A life savour and I can recommend the chocolate orange rocky road.
