Flying Free

I spent the afternoon at the beach with a friend - now that we can officially meet with one other person. It was uplifting to smell the sea air and to see the wildlife flying free.

Lots to catch up on. .. we have been friends for over 28 years - seen our children in nappies and watched them grow into adulthood. We have 8 between us - all off in widely different careers, the younger ones spreading their wings in extremely difficult circumstances - but always with a smile.
We are so lucky....
