Quiet birthday

We left home this morning with L shouting down the road, “I’m coming, Bunny!”

Bunny has not turned up at school. Goodness knows where he has got to. Covid means I am not allowed inside the building to look for him... L is desperately sad.

In other news I had a quiet birthday. Mum and Dad popped my present round this morning - a Magimix which I used to bake my birthday cake this afternoon. L took charge of the decorating when she got home from from school. It distracted her from the missing bunny. She then refused to eat her dinner. Urgh, not what we needed today.

N and I had a lovely Thai take away later and opened a bottle of wine. Happy birthday, me!
