Pretty in Pink

Love this little flower (Carmine catchfly/red campion/silene colorata), which only seems to grow in one spot on our Land, under an olive tree.

Had a terrible night, with uncontrollable shivering, until I eventually took some paracetamol, but have felt pretty washed out and achy all day. The husband slept the sleep of the (noisy) just as I got up repeatedly and moaned - but has made up for it today, washing all the bedding (which I'd sweated into) and cooking, while I lay in the sun and slept. Think whatever it was is going, but am off early to bed.

Gratefuls:
- not having any commitments today
- a lovely FT chat with our son
- that Allegra's school liked the video we made and Deb did a good job of editing
