Caught in a Trap

A really frustrating day. Horrible outside, I (Chris) did half my 10,000 steps on the treadmill in the garage at lunchtime. And work, well less said the better. Sometimes you try really hard to do the right thing. Never mind, tomorrow is another day.

After work and in fading light I did the rest of the steps. These goalposts in the field seemed in a way appropriate for today.

This evening we've been online on a Hidden London virtual tour. We "visited" Brompton Road disused underground station and learnt about its history. A nerdy evening!
