I’ve been struggling with low mood again today. It makes everything harder.
I popped round to Pat’s in the morning to pick up some more raspberry canes for the allotment . Then I paid a quick visit to the allotment with them and had a look around .. George has made the foundation for the greenhouse which he got from his neighbour. It’s taking shape nicely.
I picked up my new laptop from Curry’s , paid for by my tax rebate . Very grateful to Morven for the loan of her laptop for the last few months.

I got a boost from teaching a yoga class this evening .
