Zoom - the way to meet

A year ago I had never heard of zoom except in relation to camera lenses. Now, four times a week I ‘meet’ with four different groups of people, most of whom I have never met in person. Until today I had avoided the popular zoom background of a bookcase - I usually sit in the conservatory against a plain window blind. Today however the wind was howling, the rain beating on the windows and it was not nice at all. So I retreated to my study, warm, quiet, and with a bookcase! Thank goodness for technology - lockdown would be harder without it.
