Fresh Bread. Again.

She has worked at it this winter and she has absolutely figured it out, this baking bread. I even told her that she’s surpassing my Grandmas bread baking.

It’s consistent and tasty, light and with a great crust. It makes wonderful sandwiches and amazing toast. Funny how good food made with love, actually brightens the day.

And she does it with an intolerance to wheat. Yeah, she does it all for me, for love. And I’m grateful.
