Replacement time

This is a Firehydrant, that was reported as gushing water. The caller saw it this morning and decided at three oclock in the afternoon it was worse so had to report it. Nothing frustrates me more than callers misleading Customer Services in the late afternoon, which in turn takes us away from the job we are finishing or preparing for the next day. This job come in as a P1, this requires us to respond within 1 hour and complete the job in 8 hours.
