WIP - Plum jam

Got the full 10kg de-pipped, and the initial boil up of about 6kg done. First batch of boil with sugar now on the go.
Bear with me, I'm new to this and learning as I go along.
Wife H, has done it before, so her guiding hand is there to help. ;-)
