Bedtime story

Thomas, Seb and I have been listening to the famous five at bedtime for a few months which is lovely. Seb got sent to bed early after being in a grump so Thomas read me a few chapters of the Enchanted Wood (appears Enid is a fav in our house currently) it was so nice to have a bit of 1:1 with the eldest Scott - he is full of happiness and enthusiasm for everything at the minute which is just wonderful. Seb is pretty emotional about the whole thing - think he struggles socially as he’s so shy and he got a warning from his teacher yesterday for making a noise which he said wasn’t him - he has never been told off in school before (he’s a bit of a teachers pet usually) so it really upset him! We are having lots of chats and cuddles about things but sometimes there’s no talking to him and he just needs his own space (hence the early night!)
