Garstang Charter

This morning we strolled through Garstang after having walked Oscar along the canal bank.

We have lived near Garstang for several years and haven't noticed this plaque before - mainly because the town is always very busy with shoppers.

It's surprising what you notice on a Sunday when everywhere is much quieter than normal.
