Doomed, I’m doomed

I normally finish work at lunchtime today but due to a chiropractors appointment (to sort out the back) I left at break instead.

Whether due to wind or overloading a truck had obviously dropped bricks in the road and I couldn’t swerve to avoid one (well 2 actually but only one did damage!) hitting a brick at 50mph meant I completely and utterly wrecked my front passenger side tyre.
So today: £44 paid to be painfully manipulated by a 6ft+ chiropractor followed by £75 for a new tyre. And as of typing I left work at 10.40 and will get home just before 5! When I should have been home by 12.30ish! Oh and I have parents evening starting at 5!!
