Hedge

What looks to be a hedge here is one of two hedges enclosing a lane which led up led up to Beverley Farm, now part of Kent University.
Once cows would have walked along it on the way to be milked. Now it is an anmaly, hardly used as it is so enclosed and people prefer to walk in the now open fields criss crossed by paths on the slope below the university.
