Drying my ware

Not much happened today. We didn't go shopping, although we needed onions. I made some Caldo verde using the half onion in the fridge and the sad looking potatoes. I augmented both with the dried varieties. We had frozen kale at least. In spite of the dried mashed potato and powdered freeze dried onion, the soup was really much as it should have been.
Some pots have been drying for a few days now.
