My Granny taught me to knit. My Mum was good at all kinds of sewing so I rarely had shop bought clothes. I knit a lot but I have not mastered her technique of having the different colours on different fingers. So I am much slower. I was trying again tonight and it just means the knitting is not even so I think I will give up mastering that skill, after all I am not in a hurry.
