Friends round in the morning, there two boys along with Arlo had an absolute ball at the park (and in the house). Had to take Arlo for a nap-drive in the afternoon to avoid meltdown, so took this snap from the car whilst drinking takeaway coffee and cake from Louden's. A fine Sunday.

Tried to play Arlo Rick Redbeard this morning, he promptly vetoed it. The only grown up music I heard today was Johnny Walker's sound of the 70's, a show that steadfastly fails to acknowledge that punk happened. here's a reminder Johnny
