Blue Banded friends.

We still have the blue banded bees hanging off our Xmas lights. We get around 8 each night - although the massive thunder storm at the moment might reduce their numbers a bit. They are fascinating to watch - they all have to huddle together - but when a new one flies in the others all waggle their legs furiously at them to make them stay away. And it takes them about 30 mins to settle on the right spot for the night. Quite particular, they are.
