The coot seems to be judge for some synchronised up-ending.
Only a short run today, my legs were stiff (I'm blaming yesterday's housework) but the sun shone, even if the wind was bitter.
2 short Zoom meetings this morning and then a bit of admin. Some sewing later and an afternoon tea for 2 (at home) arranged by my son and family for a birthday present. Some of the cakes are for another time but I managed all the savouries, it was was very good.
