we went to B&Q this morning. Has we drove through Camborne I took this shot of statue of Richard Trevithick. He pioneer the use of high pressure steam for use in the mines.in 1801 he built a full size steam road locomotive and named it Puffing Devil.every April Camborne has Trevithick day where there is a parade of many steam engines through the town and a wonderful sight it is.but sadly last year also this year cancelled due to the pandemic.
