Miniature Rhododendron

The main (only) excitement of the day was the plumber arriving at midday to discuss putting a new radiator in the spare bedroom: less than two hours later he’d got it all plumbed in.  Very efficient service, cheaper than the one who promised to do it and then never answered our numerous calls and text messages and only coincidence that he used to play in a football team with our son Chris when they were teenagers.

Other than that we got a first coat of paint on the kitchen walls this morning and Tess had a walk with Chris this afternoon. I’ve been feeling much better today so I’ve been told I can go out for a walk tomorrow if I behave myself!

This rhododendron in our back garden is almost ready to come out as well.
