Mother’s Pride

It’s Science Week. We reduced it to Science Day which then became Science Afternoon. Our topic is food so we carried out 2 experiments this afternoon. One was to find out which solids dissolved in warm water and the other was to see what happened when dirty hands were placed on a slice of bread and the bread stored in a clear bag for a week (or two). We also did a control slice, one touched with clean hands, one where hands had been cleaned with gel and then we wiped one on the class iPad (guaranteed to be riddled with disease). Should be interesting seeing the results develop.
