Simple pleasures make the best days

Cam has been some what of an angel today. At swimming he was full if smiles, kicking his legs as he went and showing that he can hold on and he just chooses not too (at least we now have something to work with).
As cam is loosing his passion for finger food we had a dinner of solely that. He ate his homemade fish fingers and lots of fruit much to mummy and daddy's amazement.
Mummy decided to make some cakes as well this evening and cam was allowed a treat of licking the spatular. This was one of mummy's favourite things to do as a child and cam seemed to love it too. How can such a simple day bring so much pleasure, I wish every day was as good as this!
