LD 354. Night in

Every night this week I have either had a Zoom meeting or been at my computer voting ( at a distance) in the Parliament.

But tonight, although I was also speaking at Karen Adam’s Adoption Meeting for the Buchan Coast Constituency , I was able to have a night in and cook ( which is nearly always a pleasure and in which I follow in my father’s footsteps) because I had pre-recorded my speech supporting Karen.

So whilst it was being delivered I was making a Beef Stroganoff as dinner for Cathleen and I on our night in.
