A wintry walk

The highlight of our day was the arrival of two young men at 8.30 a.m. to remove a very old sycamore tree from our boundary.(see extra) There was some debate about whether to turn it into a chainsaw sculpture. But I vetoed it.
 
Just when you thought Spring was around the corner we have had another blast of cold weather including a heavy snow shower  and plummeting temperatures. Managed a brief walk between the storms and in the distance you can see fresh snow on The Trossachs.
