Beale Arboretum

Under the new rules this week, we are allowed out to meet up with one other person outdoors.  This was a great opportunity to meet up with a good friend, and we chose to meet at the Beale Arboretum at a Hotel in Hertfordshire.  The lovely grounds here were virtually deserted and provided a good location for a walk, and we could finish with a takeaway coffee from the hotel.  A really welcome change to the lockdown restrictions.

My blip is of the pond in front of the hotel. I thought it looked quite attractive in the afternoon sunlight.  Despite the sun, it was quite chilly so we didn't hang around with our coffee.
