Racing pigs

Visited Park Hall Farm at Oswestry today for a school trip pre-visit. Great place with loads for the kids to see and do, my class will love it. It was a first for me to experience my first pig race. I know so many people love these animals and think them cute. I don't get it myself, I think they are ugly.
On the other hand, I thought the chickens were adorable. a colleague used to keep them in her garden and said they were great. At the time I didn't see the appeal, but after seeing some really interesting ones today I may have changed my mind. One day maybe- The Good Life!
