Jumping for...

P and I in Vancouver for the weekend. My fault. ;-( I have a nasty bug. Too much airplane travel. So in bed (mostly) feeling awful. Today we took a we drive through Stanley Park and walked in the warm sun for an hour. Home now. Feeling better for having moved a few muscles!! but little else. Vancouver bound this week for sure.

This young woman was crouching down and jumping up on a count from the photographer. Like the joy in the poise and the curled up - spring-like feel. Fun to catch it through the rocks.
