Sea Level with a Sea View

We have a friend who is a semi retired cardiologist who takes the summer off to go trout fishing in Southland.  He is making his way home to Rotorua and tonight had dinner with us.  When I first knew him I was intimidated cooking for him and still tonight I thought about what to serve.  He bought this bottle of wine and we enjoyed it eating our healthy dinner on the deck.  Last nights dinner was also good because I didn't have to cook it.  The neice recently returned from London has got used to being close to people but when they first got out of isolation they found it strange.  She is starting a new job next week  so the return to New Zealand is working out.
