Yes, that is a rhino in the middle of a river:)

I really don't know why this little statue in Dublin isn't more well known; I think it is pretty quirky :)

So far, I can't find any further info on the rhino. A cynic would say that the pub on the left bank of the river arranged to put it there, but unless you were walking along the riverbank or peering down from a bar window, there is absolutely no way you'd know it was there.
