Ebaby

Woke up feeling dreadful today (and not hangover related this time). Really did wonder how I would get through the day with Audrey but an emergency dash to Boots for drugs made it all a lot more bearable.

My sister Jo dropped by to say hello unexpectedly (see blip pic of her and Audrey reading Audrey's favourite book, a present from Jo). With her she brought the most amazing news - her flat is rented out in Nottingham and she has found a house share in Didsbury with a lovely gang of thirtysomethings. I felt so happy for her. It made my day.

In other news, my ebay selling and buying continues. Picked up a travel cot playpen thing from a family in Walkden today for the third of the price of a new one, bought Audrey some more lovely dresses (might need to stop now, she definitely has enough) and sold an old faulty ipad and designer handbag for a decent amount. Being on 'sort of' maternity leave' means cutting my cloth to fit my new lifestyle. And selling off the remnants of a previous one. If feels quite therapeutic actually.
