...and a chimney. We had a bit of a wild night last night, with wind and rain, a clap of thunder and a car alarm going off, so it was good to find everything intact this morning apart from a pile of moss what had been washed off the roof on to the patio.
In other news, I had a phone call at 11am asking if I'd like to go to Petersfield and have my COVID vaccination this morning rather than next Saturday. I didn't take any persuading and, by 11.30am, I'd been jabbed. All very efficient and friendly. It was the Astra Zeneca one they were dishing out today; as they say, the one to have is the one you're offered.
