The bridge

This reminds me of traveling  through the Suez canal one of 2 places in the world where you can actually see the curvature of the earth, where the parallel lines of the sides never meet in the distance , hence you have a feeling of the actual curvature of the earth. Once seen you realise what a small planet we live on !!. The other place is a railway line in Australia.. 

Back to the bridge , 2 of my daughters live on Hawthorn road, well this is what part of Hawthorn road looks like now !! So they can't drive straight through to each other without a detour round the bypass which this bridges. So now would have to walk or cycle to each other over this bridge when it's allowed
