Tide mill

This is the front view of the tide mill at L´Enciena, to go with the back view that I posted on January 19th. 
Recap: this house is built on a tidal estuary, and it fronts directly onto the estuary. Behind it is a small lagoon. As the tide comes in, the water rises and floods through, driving a mill-wheel. As the tide recedes the water floods back, again turning the mill wheel. 
It´s a beautiful place, beautifully located. It belongs to Rodrigo Rato, whose record of financial corruption in high political office, and criminal conviction for it, can be read about in Wikipedia.
