Specially made beer

But not specially for me.

When I saw that they were marketing  a special batch of beer to help raise cash to replace the burned Bird hide, I had to have them.
The five mile walk this morning followed  by an afternoon in the greenhouse will ensure the beer will be well enjoyed.
In other news, the headline last night was Bomb found in Milnathort  house. High excitement, evacuations and lots of blue lights. It turned out that a builder had uncovered a shell from WW2, he kicked with his boot before thinking he probably  shouldn't  have. It all was dealt with and back to normal  by the time we walked up to Milnathort. Ally suggested  he might buy a bag of crisps just so he could pop it, was just not cricket.

Family news, the longed for large family gathering in July will have to be curtailed.  There isn't enough room for everyone and all the local houses are fully booked up, so even though we will go for a few days, I'm sad we can't do it all, but we will do our own family mini gathering as soon as we are allowed.
