Hiding.......

We went to check on the black swans this afternoon. The parents have built a nest just off the edge of the lake and we hoped it had survived the overnight storm. Everything was fine, one adult still on the nest. It's hard to tell which one as they both incubate the eggs.

This was the other one hiding in the reeds nearby.
