Mystery

Today has been just a typical Office day. 

Certainly it was a positive thing to get away from the house all day. 

I got out for a short walk after lunch to clear my head and help me stay awake until finishing time. It creates Blip opportunities too. 

Apart from being street art, I have no idea what this item is. The blue light moves up and down. The sea? It is close to the harbour.
