Green Lentil and Spelt Rolls

Didn't leave the house today but did do some baking, using my new birthday book - "A Good Bake".  This was the first recipe completed and tasted. There's another dough in the cold room overnight, potato and onion buns, which I'll bake tomorrow.
This one was a success.  Lots of green lentils in the buns, and olive oil crisping up the outside of the buns. The dough was very slack so the buns spread more than rose. Maybe a little more flour next time, or maybe this is how they are supposed to be. They are also very soft and maybe I'll bake them a little longer next time.
The two of us ate 6 buns, which is a good review!
