Needs some TLC

This building has good bones, as they say, but dereliction only gets worse if not nipped in the bud.

Today it has rained all day and it's set in for the week at least. I battled it to meet up with Trisharooni for a lovely catch-up and café lunch. Totally trashed my umbrella.
