A distant Windmill

A good morning for a brisk walk. This photograph of the distant Little Wilbraham Windmill was taken from Great Wilbraham Common. The Windmill was built in 1820. Grade 2 listed, it has now been converted to a house. The sails and fantail have been removed but the machinery in the cap is still intact. A nice, if not perfect survivor.
