Moar birds!

It has been a quiet day on all fronts today. I've finished our village book club book for thia month and can highly recommend it. 'Homegoing' by Yaa Gyasi. If you are on Goodreads, I've written a review. It's about the slave trade, heritage and family.

It's also Mothers Day today in the UK. Not a great day although I cope with it better than I used to. Time is a sort of a healer.

Extra is my Mum and I on one of our many canal holidays in the 1970's.
