Happy mother’s day

Today is the 3rd anniversary of Mr PB Mum’s death and my first Mother’s Day without my mum. Usually I spend the day cooking for our mums, but today it was was very relaxed. 

We took the tandem on a windy ride to Brigstock for delicious 11sies and then had the joy of a tail wind home.  The dogs had a great time on the golf course, we are making the most of it. Then I picked the first of my forced rhubarb and made a tart tatin and Mr PB made dinner. A lovely day
