Mother’s Day

Today was the first Mother’s Day I’ve had where I didn’t get to be with any of my children. I had to make do with a beach walk with the four legged family members.
But they did all FaceTime me together which was lovely and sent me a bouquet of beautiful flowers and some lovely cards with very kind messages.
Mr M’s mum came to lunch, so it was good to be able to share the day with her.
I felt completely exhausted after the walk but it was worth it to be at the beach - we even sat in the sunshine for a while which was lovely.
My hair is falling out massively now which is quite upsetting. Probably the worst bit for me so far.
