Inspecting yesterday’s gardening

Volunteered yesterday to prepare a local patch for planting. An environmental project involving about a ton of horse manure. Running today with my granddaughter and stopped to show her.
We ran along the Bridgewater canal and through the grounds of St Paul’s Church. The church had tubs of daffodils out with a ‘Help yourself’ notice, unexpected and a joy.
