Derelict Sunday...Seen Better Days

We visited Echo Valley Natives, a plant nursery built on the site of an old cedar shingle mill. Old, rusting pieces of logging mill gears, cables, and springs sat around the site. I decided on the focus of this thumbnail after viewing Kd's blip for today.

We have each received our first dose of the COVID vaccine and can't wait for the second, and the opportunity to connect with others who have been vaccinated. Hopefully, everyone who wants a vaccine can receive one sooner rather than later. I am feeling more optimistic that we will find a way to manage COVID as we do the flu with some kind of regular vaccine or appropriate medication.
