Experiments

I've been experimenting with making cheesecake, with the 'no bake' style being what I've tried so far. Today I tried a baked one instead, and after a disasterous start where it all poured out ot the springform cake tin before even making it to the oven, ... it finally got to where it tasted pretty good! I've learnt lots of things I want to do differently next time... but for now I'm enjoying  very top heavy and delicious apple and cinnamon cheesecake.
