Abandoned

Loved the oldness (English language teachers are known for making up new words.. interesting how the brain works) of this. Seen on my nightly walk, much needed, the square was busy again. Maybe lockdown will be extended. 
My Airbnb hosts will help with residency. Happy! My class went well - but didn’t get through enough. Saddened to hear that one of my students whose mother was very sick before Christmas has just lost his father to suicide. He’d told me about his mother, but not this. Explains why he’s behind. I’ll need to offer support.
