Sweet violets

What a lovely day we had yesterday. Our two UK sons popped over to see us, we stood outside and had coffee and the most decadent chocolate cake which son no. 2 had bought over. I was also given, for mother's day, a beautiful bottle of pink prosecco a bunch of my fav lillies and some Belgium truffles. After they left we pottered over to the allotment to meet up with some friends who are leaving London and moving to Faversham in Kent, we were shouted at for standing too close together by the only other person on the allotment.

Today's blip was a happy chance find, some wild violets, l havent seen violets for years.
