Returning to my school placement was my first tentative step back to reality. The students now have to wear masks in sessions which makes things challenging, it's much more difficult to see their emotions. 

In vegan adventures we found decent mozzarella and smoked cheese alternatives which made really yummy vegan pizza. Block "butter" it's basically pointless as is mostly coconut oil and "sour cream" was horrendous. Chives "cream cheese" tastes almost exactly the same so that's a keeper.
